Kwabena Boateng, the Technical Director has twenty (20) years of practice in Engineering. He holds a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi.
His working life has spanned from the now defunct International Tobacco Ghana Ltd, Leaf Development Company, Heavy Equipment Division of G.N.T.C. now Ghana Heavy Equipment Company, and Ghacem Ltd. He was the Head of Mechanical Engineering Department of Ghacem for Ten years and has handled a lot of projects including the assembling & Commissioning of 120 ton/hr cement Ball mill, cement air separator, assembling and commissioning of a Tobacco Redrying Plant.
