Since its beginning is May 1997, the Company has witnessed a continuous success and steady growth, which combined with its resources and expertises have made it one of the fastest growing contracting entities in Ghana.

Catrol Company Limited is an associated of Linhope International, a United Kingdom based company with about twenty years of heavy equipment and earthmoving experience, which helps to source its finance and manages the maintenance of the company’s fleet.

The wide scope of activities covering all forms of civil works and infrastructure, building, roads and mine support activities, land reclamation, haulage and logistics obtained with comprehensive engineering and managerial capabilities ensure the ability of Catrol Company limited to meet the requirements of clients from conception to completion.  Counting amongst its clients some major public and private organizations in Ghana.

Catrol Company Ltd has to date successfully completed in its relatively short existence more than thirteen (13) key contracts.

WORKFORCE

Being labour and equipment intensive, the industry requires the company to operate a large fleet of related equipment and a work force of one Hundred and twenty (120) employees.  We also maintain a policy to hire more personnel as and when the circumstance demands.

At management level too, Catrol Company Ltd. has hired personnel as consultants to assist the incumbent Managers and bring their area of expertise to bear on the unique company like Catrol Company Ltd. in Ghana.

The whole engineering market is currently buoyant and we intend to get more than our share of its growth. We are well placed to do it, because we have been fortunate to attract a group of talented professionals and a loyal workforce, and together we are carrying forward the original basic ideas: Meticulous forward planning.
